Long lines must only be attached to a properly fitted harness—never to a collar. Misuse may result in injury. Always supervise your pet when using a long line, especially if it is tied to a fixed object. While BioThane is highly durable, it is not chew-proof. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or product loss resulting from misuse, chewing, or unsupervised use.

Please note that all hardware used in our products is made from solid brass. Due to the natural properties of brass, some discoloration or transfer onto the BioThane material may occur over time. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the durability or functionality of the product.

Colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitors, lighting, and filters.

One of the best things about BioThane is how easy it is to care for. Simply soak your gear in warm, soapy water as needed. An old toothbrush works well to scrub off any stubborn dirt. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap or debris.

Solid brass hardware will naturally oxidize with age and may leave tarnish marks on the BioThane, especially on lighter colours.

To remove tarnish marks, we recommend using  a magic eraser or a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Be sure to rinse your gear thoroughly with soap and water afterwords.

While BioThane is easy to clean, it will still pick up dirt with regular use. Keep in mind that lighter colours will show dirt and tarnish more easily and may need to be cleaned more often to keep them looking their best.
