What is your processing time?
Because every Wheezy product is handmade and customized to order, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Shipping time is seperate and begins once your order has been completed and sent out.
What is BioThane?
BioThane is a waterproof, stink-proof coated webbing that looks similar to leather but is much easier to clean. It's durable, flexible and perfect for everyday adventures.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handmade in Ontario, Canada and made to order with care.
How durable/strong are your products?
We use high-quality BioThane and premium brass hardware designed for everyday use. Our Standard BioThane has a break strength of up to 1000 lbs
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS to XL. You can view our size guides page for measurements. If you are looking for sizes outside of our size ranges please fill out our contact form.
How do I clean BioThane?
Simply wash with some warm water and dish soap. Do NOT put in dishwasher.
Why should I choose BioThane over Nylon or leather?
BioThane is waterproof, odour-resistant, easy to clean and extremely durable. It doesn't crack or stretch like leather. Unlike nylon it won't stay wet or trap dirt and smells, making it ideal for active dogs and everyday use.
